FREE SHIPPING FOR MOST ORDERS OVER $40

Kobold Toys offers free Ground Shipping in Continental US for most orders over $40, after all discounts, promotions and coupons are applied. Tax (if applicable) does not count towards free shipping. Also, some products have oversized surcharges and do not qualify for free shipping. Orders below $40 can be shipped by ground for a flat fee of $3.99 or at a higher rate for express services.

To make our delivery as fast as possible for all locations in the United States, we warehouse our products in different locations from where they ship.  We do our very best to ship our packages on the same day that you order. However, during very busy times, express delivery takes priority over ground delivery. Therefore, ground shipped orders may occasionally take 1 or 2 business days to be prepared.  To expedite your order, it is important that you provide us with complete contact information during checkout so that we can contact you. Otherwise, we may have to cancel your order if we do not hear from you within 48 hours. The US Postal Office treats shipping to military addresses as international shipments; therefore, they require special handling and customs forms and, unfortunately, cannot benefit from Kobold Toys' free shipping promotion.

We regret to inform that we have suspended our international shipments, due to the high cost of delivery and order processing.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Items such as bookcases, shelves, and other extra heavy or bulky items are considered oversized by our shipping carriers and a surcharge may apply. If an item does require a shipping surcharge, the amount is stated within the item's product descriptions. Shipping surcharges are applied in addition to regular shipping fees.

SHIPPING METHOD

Kobold Toys uses UPS, FEDEX and US Postal Services for shipment. Orders that ship via UPS Standard Ground typically arrive within 5-10 business days. We do not guarantee a specific arrival date or time frame with this shipping method. 

PO BOXES

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

ORDER TIMEFRAMES

We strive to ship most orders within 24 hours, although sometimes there may be delays. For guaranteed shipment dates, please select either 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select and place the order by 12 Noon EST Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after noon, Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday with 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select as the shipping method will ship the next business day. Gift wrapping may delay the shipping of all orders, including those shipped via 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, by one business day. Oversized and overweight items may incur shipping surcharges. If this is the case, the additional shipping charge will appear within the product description.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Kobold Toys does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed by UPS or returned to Kobold Toys as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed by UPS a $10.00 UPS charge is assessed to the customer billed for the item, who is also responsible for any additional shipping fees.
